(MR / MC) Houssine Kharja from Free Transfer - 50K - BARGAIN
Toledo and Thoni are both kinda low in attributes so I decided to grab Kharja to make a chage on the MR.
Acceleration 15, Pac 16, Crossing 15, Technique 15, Passing 14.
He can also play good in MC.

Sergio Canales is 18 years old wonderkid, can play in both DMC and MC but he gets improved in MC better than DMC.
Passing 14, Creative 16, Technique 16, Work Rate 15, Pace 15. His only weak is his Decision 8 but I think he'll be better in the next 1~2 years.
(DMC) Maynor Suazo from Free Transfer - 11.4K - BARGAIN
A strong 30 year old DMC. Good backup for Garay and Thomas Augustinussen. His work rate and Strength are both great. With only 11.4K, he is a good bargain player.
(DR) Ariel Franco from Free Transfer - 9.5K - BARGAIN
A good DR bargain player. Useful backup for my Mahmoud Fathallah. Good Acceleration and Pace (Both 16).
(MC / MR / ML) Jacob Lensky from Free Transfer - 28.5K - WONDERKID
Young and talent wonderkid Midfielder. He can play good on both MC and MR/ML. With Technique 18, Work Rate 17, Dribbling 17, Crossing 17. He proves to be a dangerous thread to any opponent team :)

Sakuranbo gained 4 places on Ranking board yesterday to No.7 after a 5 Wins and 1 Lost on 18th Jan.
Yesterday, Sakuranbo lost 2 matches in a total 9 matches. Other than that, 6 Wins and 1 Draw.
Also today, the new FA season has been started. With a total 26 teams in 1 group, a tough season I guess!!!
I played only 6 matches yesterday, got 5 Wins and 1 Lost, the 9th lost match after over 30 matches unbeaten. My defenders works very well till now but the attackers are struggling to score goals for me. Jelen plays ok, he sometimes score, sometimes not. Josiel plays for a while as a sub for Jelen. He scored some important goals but anytime I put him on my 1st team, he disappointed me. Vergne is my new sign but I place him at MC.

As you know, in FML homepage, SI provided the very useful book navigation for beginner (Link: http://manual.fmlive.co.uk).
I can say that I learn from it a lot from the start. The most important thing you have to do once you are in-game is how to select a good player and fit the position that you want him to play. As a result, SI tells you how, yes. But they didn't hand you the full list of the requirements attributes.
According to FM09 and FML, here is the full list that you need to know when choosing each players:
Goalkeeper:
All required GK's attribute better be higher than 15 except Eccentricity and Punching must be lower than 10.
The MUST have are: Aerial, Jumping, Handling and Reflexes.
The less important are Kicking and Throwing.
You don't need Eccentricity or he'll act like Higuita with Scorpion Kick or Colorful Shirts like Campos. The less Eccentricity he has, the more concentrate he is in-game. Punching ball is never an useful skill for GK. If he punches too much, the ball will mostly fall out and give chance to opponent players to score goals.
(Example: Cech, Buffon)
Right/Left Defender:
In Defensive formation, A Left or Right Defender must good at Tackling and Marking. He also has to be fast so he can chase down the opponent wingers. For Attacking formation, Right or Left Defender should have Crossing skill so he can provide ball to attacker as a winger. In Attacking formation, Right Defender acts like a Winger Defender.
The MUST have are: Positioning, Taclking, Acceleration.
Other than those are: Pace and Crossing.
(Example: Lahm, Evra, Ashley Cole)
Center Defender:
A good defender must be good at Tackling, Marking and absolutely Heading, Jumping. If he has Pace + Acceleration, he'll become a very solid wall to every striker.
The MUST have are: Jumping, Heading, Tackling and Marking.
Other than those are: Determination, Decision, Position, Acceleration, Pace and Strength.
(Example: Rio Ferdinand, John Terry, Puyol)
Defensive Midfielder:
This postion requires most of the attribute because the DMC must be good at Defending and Attacking (Support the Attacker Players). So basically, the DMC requires DC and MC attributes.
The MUST have are: Decision, Anticipating and Tackling.
Other than those are: Marking, Heading, Passing, Determination, Work Rate, Strength and Jumping.
If DMC has Pace and Acceleration, he'll become a perfect DMC.
(Example: Essien)
Winger Midfielder:
Basically, a winger midfielder must be fast and have good technique with a ball.
So the MUST have are: Pace, Dribbling and Crossing.
Other than those are: Passing, Technique, Off The Ball and Acceleration.
(Example: Giggs, Cristiano Ronaldo)
Center Midfielder:
For the MC, basically he has to be good at Passing and Creative so he can pass a ball to the attacker more often with various ways.
So the MUST have are: Passing, Creative and Decision.
Other than those are: Technique, Work Rate, Pace and Strength.
(Example: Fabregas)
Attacking Midfielder:
Just like MC but he doesn't required Strength that much. Besides of that, Long Shots and Flair are the better he has, the better he becomes more dangerous.
(Example: Steven Gerrard, Xabi Alonso)
Forward/Striker:
A dangerous striker is the one who can hit the ball fast and accuracy. If he has speed and good at heading, or can decide what position, the timing to score or shoot (Composure, 1st touch), he'll become a goal machine.
The MUST have are: Finishing, Off The Ball, Composure and Pace.
Besides of those are Acceleration, First Touch, Heading and Technique
(Example: Torres, David Villa).

Sakuranbo FC is ready to kick off in Toms. After 2 hours time searching for the good players (Missed all the good those I was planning to get), the final list is as follow:
Goalkeeper (GK): Hernan Gil, David Andrade
Right Defender (DR): Mahmoud Fathallah, Mickael Tacalfred, Cristian Poblete
Left Defeder (DL): Jlloyd Samuel, Gleidson, Amiran SanaiaCenter Defender (DC): Andreas Tobiasson, Carlos Diaz, Piotr Duda, Pedro Tavima
Defensive Midfielder (DMC): Thomas Augustinussen, Aritz Lopez Garay
Right Winger (MR): Robson Machado Toledo
Left Winger (ML): Matthew Etherington, Rogerinho
Center Midfielder (MC): Kari Arnason, Angel Rojas, Abdelhali Chaiat, Mejdi Traoui, Fatih Egedik
Foward/Striker (FC): Ireneusz Jelen, Josiel, Alex Asamoah
I often choose 4-5-1 Attacking as my favourite formation. It's not about cheating or something but I feel it can fit with my team. I often choose DMC as the heart of my formation so this is definitely a good formation to choose.
(GK) For the Goalkeeper, I miss my old keeper in Shearer GW, Donis Escober. He was really good and saved my team from losing many times. But I was late to get him again in this GW so Gil is my 1st choice. He is good at Jumping (18) and Aerial (16). Handling (15) is fine too, plus Eccentricity and Punching are both below 11 ^.^b
(DR) For Right Defender, my 1st choice is Fathallah, he basically plays at WBR but good at DR. Positioning (16) fast Pace and Acceleration (Both 16), good at Tackling (14) and average at Crossing (13). Mickael Tacalfred is for back up and has good Pace + Acceleration too (Both 15).
(DL) I have 2 choices for my Left Defender: Jlloyd Samuel and Gleidson. Samuel is the one who currently plays for Bolton in real life so I make him my 1st choice in DL. His Tackling is 15, Pace 16 and Acceleration 14. Gleidson is less famous but his attribute isn't bad, even better than Samuel , Taclking 17, Pace 14 and Acceleration 16.
(DC) The heart of the Defence, Andreas Tobiasson is the no.1 choice. Tackling 15 and Marking 14. He's good at Heading/Jumping (16/16) so he mostly perfect in Aerial. Decision, Strength and Determination (Over 15) are also his key attribute. The only problem that I'm worry about is he's a bit slow in Pace (13), so he can't deal with the fast striker. My next choice is Carlos Diaz, his attribute is nearly as good as Tobiasson and he's faster than him a bit. Piotr Duda and Pedro Tavima are the subs.
(DMC) This position is the most hardest choice for me in team. DMC must good at both Attacking and Defending, so Decison, Anticipation and Tackling are the MUST. Besides of that, Marking, Determination, Heading and Work Rate are also should be counted. The rest are Pace, Acceleration, Jumping. The faster he is, the better he can chase the ball.
I didn't have many choices since I'm a bit late to this GW so Thomas Augustinussen is the only one who nearly got everything that I wanted. Anticipation 18, Tackling 15, Marking 15, Heading 16, Passing 14, Work Rate 19. He's like a sweeping machine because his Work Rate is very high. The only problem is he's slow at Pace + Acceleration (10/11).
Aritz Lopez Garay is faster than Thomas, but his Passing, WR and Strengh are lower than him so I made him a sub DMC.
(MR) A good winger is the one who is fast and cross good ball to the Striker so they could score more goals. It means Pace, Dribbling and Crossing is the MUST. Passing, Technique, Off The Ball and Acceleration are also be contained. My winger Robson Machado Toledo is really fast. His Pace and Acceleration are 17, combine with his Dribbling 15 and Technique 13 could cost the opponent hard to catch. Toledo can also play great in ML so he's my 1st choice.
(ML) Rogerinho is my 1st choice since he's good at Dribbling and Technique. He is nearly as fast as Toledo (16) and good at Free Kick. Matthew Etherington (Who plays for Stoke City in real life now) is also good choice for the left winger, better Dribbling but a bit slower Pace than Rogerinho.
(MC) I don't have many choices for MC. But Kari Arnason is the only who has great attribute. MC normally must be good at Passing, Creative and Decision. The rest of that are Heading, Work Rate, Technique and Pace. Arnason's Pace is 14 but his Strength and Work Rate are very good (16/18). My 2nd choice are between Abdelhali Chaiat and Angel Rojas. Rojas is good at Passing and Chaiat is good at Decision + Work Rate.
(FW) I'm lucky to have Ireneusz Jelen on my team. He is really a fast striker (17), good at Finishing (15) and Off The Ball (15). My 2nd choice is Josiel and Alex Asamoah. Asamoah is nearly as fast as Jelen but still young.
